2.1 Information You Provide

When you register for an account, we collect your email address, name (optional), and a password (stored in hashed form). When you purchase credits, payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers.

2.2 Content You Generate

We store the inputs you provide for content generation (such as topic, keywords, and tone preferences) and the AI-generated output. This data is stored in your account so you can access your generation history. You may delete individual generations at any time.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used for analytics and to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process your transactions and manage your account; generate content based on your inputs using AI technology; send you transactional emails (account verification, password resets, payment confirmations); respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. AI Processing

When you use the content generation features, your input data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We encourage you to review Anthropic's privacy policy. Please note that while we take reasonable precautions, you should avoid including sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers, medical records, or financial account details) in your content generation inputs.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may have access to your data:

  • Anthropic (Claude API)- AI content generation. Your content inputs are processed by Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), hashed password storage using bcrypt, secure authentication with JSON Web Tokens, and rate limiting to prevent brute-force attacks. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Your content generation history is retained until you delete it or close your account. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict the processing of your data; request data portability; withdraw consent at any time; lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
