By accessing or using InkBot ("the Service"), operated by InkBot ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InkBot is an AI-powered content generation platform that enables users to create written content including but not limited to blog posts, social media captions, advertising copy, email marketing content, and SEO metadata. Content is generated using artificial intelligence technology provided by third-party AI services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when content is generated. Each content generation consumes one (1) credit regardless of the template or output length. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Purchased credits do not expire. All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of and all rights to the content generated through the Service using your credits. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated content without restriction. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. The InkBot brand, logo, templates, and platform design remain the intellectual property of InkBot and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others; generate spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations. Content quality depends on the inputs provided and the capabilities of the underlying AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. If a generation fails due to a technical error, the credit used will be automatically refunded to your account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content generated will be free of errors, unique, or suitable for your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
