Overview
At InkBot, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for credit purchases made through our platform.
Unused Credit Packages
If you have purchased a credit package and have not used any of the credits, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for this refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
- No credits from the purchased package have been used for content generation.
- The account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
Used Credits
Credits that have been used for content generation are non-refundable. Once a credit is consumed to generate content, the AI processing has been completed and the output has been delivered. Therefore, used credits cannot be refunded. This applies regardless of whether you are satisfied with the quality of the generated content. We encourage you to try a small package first to evaluate the service before purchasing larger credit packages.
Partial Refunds
If you have used some credits from a purchased package but not all, and you are within the 7-day refund window, we may issue a partial refund for the unused credits at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused credit balance and the per-credit price of the purchased package.
Failed Generations
If a content generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit used for that generation is automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is needed on your part for this type of credit refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The date of purchase.
- The credit package purchased.
- The reason for your refund request.
Send your refund request to [email protected]. Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. If your account has been suspended or terminated for policy violations, remaining credits are not eligible for refund.
